The New Hampshire National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Nusura for network environment simulation services. This is a special notice in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services (size standard: less than $30.0 million).

The Government intends to award a sole source contract because market research indicates that only Nusura’s Simulation Deck offers a platform that can simulate network attacks in real-time. There are also no authorized resellers for this product. Please see the attached PWS and J&A for full details.

Again, no solicitation package will be available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
