City of Torrington is soliciting technical & cost proposals from qualified, licensed, and/or registered Contractors to conduct an all-aerial fireworks display for City’s Annual Fireworks Celebration on Friday, July 7, 2023; rain date Saturday, July 8, 2023. The contractor’s proposal shall be all inclusive, i.e., it shall provide for all necessary labor, transportation, storage, tools, materials, equipment, consumables, and permits to conduct the Fireworks Display as well as coordinate and cue display, fire display, clean-up, and dispose of waste. Proposals must remain in effect for a minimum of 90 days No faxed or e-mailed proposals will be accepted City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to award the the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid and to award the contract as it feels will best serve the public interest.
