The Town of Colchester is soliciting Proposals from qualified roofing installers to remove and replace the existing roofing and apply emulsified roofing on Town Hall. Vendors are invited to submit Proposals identified in this RFP. SCOPE OF WORK Selected Vendor(s) will be responsible for the design, provision, and installation of roofing at the Colchester Town Hall, within the designated budget. The budget and desired equipment is detailed in the Request for Proposal.
