Bids will be accepted until December 19, 2022 at 11:00 am via the online electronic bidding system through QuestCDN.com . Bids received after the opening date and time will not be considered for award. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in its judgment is in its best interest.
