The City of Norwalk Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals (RFP’s) from qualified Consulting Engineering firms to provide engineering design services that include the comprehensive design and preparation of construction contract bid documents, including both plans and specifications, obtaining all Local, State and Federal required permits and potential construction administration/inspection services for the following project. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
