The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award
a sole source, firm fixed price contract to:
Abel Womack Inc. Cage Code- 6D749, UEI: QG1MF9L3ED75
for maintenance of the tower storage systems utilized by the CTARNG.
In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106
(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for
competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is
within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must
provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be
advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
