Description

The Naval Air System Command awarded a Modification to Delivery Order on Contract N00019-19-G-0029-N00019-21-F-2636 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, this procurements for designing the interface panel and associated wiring, structure, antenna installation, and performing DI Medium system testing. In addition, Sikorsky will develop and produce an A-Kit for installation in four (4) post-production aircraft for evaluation. Sikorsky will also produce and deliver an additional twelve (12) A-Kits to support installations into fleet aircraft.



This proposal includes pricing for the development and delivery of an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), Technical Directive (TD), supporting drawings, and technical publication updates. This documentation will support aircraft installation and system operation. This procurement was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), in that Sikorsky is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills, technical data, facilities, and experience to provide the logistics support on the CH-53K.
