VHA RPOE Network Contracting Office 1 New England (NCO1) intends to solicit only among OEM INSPIRE MEDICAL SYSTEMS, INC., 5500 WAYZATA BLVD, SUITE 1600, GOLDEN VALLEY, MN 55416, EIN # W8KNL8QJD6H3 and SDVOSB LOVELL GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC, 223 W. GREGORY STREET, PENSACOLA, FL 32502, EIN# MNH3STM1FTS6, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the authorized distributor of the OEM for the goods/services described below.
NCO1 intends to solicit the OEM and its authorized distributors under the streamlined and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.104, competition the maximum extent practicable.
NCO1 intends to solicit the OEM and the authorized distributors of the OEM under the streamlined and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 12.6 and 13.303 with maximum practicable competition.
NCO1 intends to obtain the following from these sources (1) Inspire Therapy System which includes (1) Inspire Implantable Pulse Generator 3028, (1) Inspire Respiratory Sensing Lead 4240, (1) Inspire Stimulation Lead 4063, and (1) Inspire Sleep Remote 2580.
The NAICS is 334510. The size standard is 1,250 Employees. The PSC/FSC is 6515.
Since the items are exclusively available from the OEM and its authorized distributors, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. This procurement is subject to prohibitions in the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), including 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.
