Scope of Work
BLDG. 15-Condensing unit repair

Work covered under this agreement includes the following items.
Secure air-cooled condensing unit and disconnect electrical power and controls. Apply
appropriate lock out tag out devices (LOTO) and tags to secure energy sources.
Circuit A leak Check & Repair Currently out of refrigerant
Pressurize circuit with nitrogen and check for leaks.
Repair leak.
Replace sight glass and filter drier.
Pressure test circuit for leaks.
Evacuate circuit and re-charge with new R-22 refrigerant (allowance of 90 lbs. of R22
shall be included).
Circuit B repairs Compressor and condenser fan motor are seized
Reclaim refrigerant charge and store for re-use.
Disconnect and remove failed compressor.
Furnish and install new compressor.
Disconnect and remove failed condenser fan motor.
Furnish and install new motor and fan blade.
Replace sight glass and filter drier with new
Replace crank case heater with new.
Pressure test circuit for leaks.
Evacuate and re-charge with re-claimed refrigerant.
Remove LOTO & Reconnect existing electrical power and controls circuitry. Start-up unit and
check operation.
