This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award on a sole source basis. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement for the the Tobii Eye Tracker from Tobii Technologies for the West Haven VAMC. The applicable NAICS code is 339112.
