Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Assisted Transportation with Connecticut Handivan, Inc. 208 Quinnipiac Ave., North Haven, CT 06473 for Veterans Health Administration West Haven, Connecticut. The applicable NAICS code is 485991. The PSC is V212. The state of CT mandates strict licensing requirements for vehicles and personnel performing this work thereby necessitating that the vendor currently performing this requirement be utilized for a period of three (3) months to prevent interruption of patient services and allow time for a protest action to be resolved.
