The Town of West Hartford and West Hartford Public Schools seek qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications for on-call design services that include programming, project design, and construction administration. The intent of this RFQ is to prequalify consultants based on their specialties. Architects and Engineers shall define their specialty in the RFP (roofing, general construction, various engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape and civil for example).
