By this ITB, CREC seeks to establish discounts available for all CT school districts, municipalities, and other non-profit organizations based on the potential volume of a statewide bid for Office Supplies, Multi-Purpose Paper, and School & Instructional Supplies. This is a discount bid. We have also included a Core List of items, which are higher usage items. It is anticipated that deeper discounts will be bid for these items. Vendor(s) will be selected through a price comparison and review of qualifications.
