The Town of South Windsor acting through its Water Pollution Control Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants relating to engineering services to oversee and perform a comprehensive flow study with a sanitary sewer evaluation survey (SSES). Submissions shall be made at the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Local Time, June 15, 2023.
In general the basic scope of services includes but is not limited to providing a scope of services, schedule for scope of work, develop grant applications, flow metering, manhole inspections, smoke/dye testing, video inspection, GIS map updates, force main evaluation, and preparation of a final report as further described in the Request for Qualifications package.
