The Town of Trumbull, Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as Town), through the Office of the Purchasing Agent, will accept sealed bids for furnishing labor and equipment for Crushing and Processing Rock, Concrete, Asphalt & Bituminous Material for the Town Highway Department as detailed in the attached specifications. This RFP is not a contract offer, and no contract exists until a written contract is signed by the Town and the successful proposer.
