The Town of Essex is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services for the preliminary design and planning of a new Police/Emergency Operations Center. The proposed facility will be located either on the existing firehouse property at 11 Saybrook Road or on other potential sites identified by the town. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis, making recommendations, and producing concept-level layouts for the proposed facility.
