The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is for the University of Connecticut (the "University") to request submissions of Statement of Qualifications from Connecticut SBE/MBE/WBE/DisBE Companies that can provide general architectural services for small campus projects whose design fees typically are under $100,000. These projects have a smaller scope of work and are usually considered “fast‐track” projects (from design through construction close‐out may take several days to several months).
