The Town of Farmington is seeking a vendor to supply a 40’ X 40’ outdoor structure to be located at the new Westwoods Recreation Complex. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, equipment and materials to complete the work as specified in the bid documents.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at 14 Westwoods Drive in Farmington, CT 06032
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Town of Farmington at the Town Finance Office, Farmington Town Hall, One Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT 06032 until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at which time and place, said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained at the Town Finance Office, Farmington Town Hall, One Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT 06032, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
