The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: The demolition of existing classroom, office and meeting space on the third floor of Capital community college so that it can be reconstructed into an advanced manufacturing teaching space. The existing space consists of three classrooms, one office, hallway space, storage room and meeting room. It will be reconfigured into a single classroom, a lab space, storage room, conference room, and office. All new finishes and MEP will be provided in the space as well as a new air compressor that will be installed in the basement.
