The Construction Work is a single Lump Sum Base Bid. The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Replacement of existing fire door slabs and hardware across the East and West Campuses of Norwalk Community College. Remove existing door slabs and hardware, including fire alarm-related magnetic hold‐opens. Install new rated doors with new hardware and hold‐opens, which are tied into the existing fire alarm system.
