The Town of Madison (“Town) and the Madison Board of Education (“BOE”) invite qualified firms and individuals to provide comprehensive Qualifications for Construction Management Services associated with the design and construction in the Polson Middle School for HVAC Modernization, Electrical Power and Distribution Upgrade, Auditorium Modernization located at 302 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT (the “Polson Middle School Project”). A School Building Committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen will be overseeing this project (the “SBC”).
