The City of Stamford will receive sealed competitive bids for the sale of property located at 560 Atlantic Street. The property is approximately ± 3494 square feet and is located at the intersection of Atlantic and Dock Streets. The minimum bid threshold is $200,000.00. The City of Stamford will not pay broker’s fees related to this transaction. Bid Opening: July 11, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.

The successful bidder will be required to execute a purchase and sale agreement with the City of Stamford and pay a deposit of twenty (20%) percent of the purchase price. The sale is then subject to approval by the City of Stamford Planning Board, Board of Finance and Board of Representatives. The successful bidder must be prepared to pay the balance of the purchase price within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Real Estate Sales Agreement. The deposit shall be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to complete the transaction within the thirty-day period.
