The Town of Columbia Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids for The Replacement of Hunt Road Bridge No. 030004. This project generally consists of the complete replacement of the existing concrete box culvert and wingwalls with a new precast concrete box culvert and precast wingwalls. The work also includes the installation of pre-cast concrete headwalls, roadway reconstruction, placement of metal beam rail, associated regrading and turf restoration and other miscellaneous site work. The work described above includes furnishing, installing and incorporating all materials and equipment into the project as well as performing or providing all labor, supervision, equipment and services unless otherwise noted within the bid documents for the lump sum base bid.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
