Work includes, but is not limited to: Construction Work is a single Lump Sum Base Bid. Addition of a new exterior canopy at each entry & interior renovations to each hall’s entry vestibule & security lobby. Exterior improvements include construction of a new cantilevered entry canopy over the existing main entrance to each building, Installation of new exterior signage, emergency lighting for egress & infrastructure for a future card access system. Minor repair of existing concrete thresholds and bituminous walkways leading to the entries is also included. Interior improvements include selective demolition of existing exterior & interior entry doors, floor finishes in the vestibule, & existing suspended acoustical ceiling pads & lights in the vestibules & security lobbies. Install new interior & exterior entry doors, floor finishes & wall paint, & install new suspended acoustical ceiling pads & LED lighting.
