City of Torrington is soliciting technical & cost proposals from qualified, licensed, and/or registered Contractors to conduct an all-aerial fireworks display for The City’s Fireworks Celebration on Friday, 7/7/23 with a rain date of Saturday, 7/8/23. Contractor’s proposal shall be all inclusive; shall provide for all necessary labor, transportation, storage, tools, materials, equipment, consumables, and permits to conduct the Fireworks Display as well as coordinate and cue display, fire display, clean-up, and dispose of waste. Proposals must remain in effect for a minimum of 90 days Deadline: April 21, 2023, 11:00 AM; Questions April 13, 2023 3:00 PM City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid, and to award the contract as it feels will best serve the public interest AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION/EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER MBEs WBEs and SBEs ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
