The State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health (hereafter “Agency”) is seeking proposals to implement and maintain the Connecticut Quitline,
a comprehensive telephone and digital-based tobacco use cessation coaching service that will assist any Connecticut resident in their effort to quit tobacco use. Cognitive behavioral therapy–based services will follow best practice guidelines and will be provided through individualized counseling, information, and self-help materials.
