The Estuary Transit District (ETD) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to obtain Sealed proposals to satisfy the Estuary Transit District need for On-Demand Transportation Services. The Contractor must be a person or firm that regularly performs on-demand transportation services and must have the necessary capabilities, equipment, personnel, training, and experience to successfully perform this contract.
