The Community Renewal Team (CRT) is requesting proposals from qualified licensed Weatherization, and Environmental Contractors to provide home energy services to low-income 1-4 unit homes in Connecticut’s WAP Region 1. The purpose of this RFP process is to identify the most qualified respondents to develop a pre-qualified list of Contractors for Weatherization Assistance Program related work and to establish set pricing for specific energy upgrades and services.
CRT expects to serve approximately 128 homes per program year. Program years run from July 1st – June 30th.. However, as of the date of the issuance of this RFP, work orders for the first year are expected to be issued starting on April 15, 2024.
