Sealed bids will be accepted by the Town of Farmington at the Finance Department, Farmington Town Hall, One Monteith Drive, Farmington, Connecticut 06032, until 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at which time, said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained at the Finance Office, Farmington Town Hall, One Monteith Dr., Farmington, CT., Monday through Friday excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm as well as the Town of Farmington website:

A mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be held at the Tunxis Mead Compost Area, at the end of Tunxis Mead Road, Farmington, CT at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Attendance is required in order to submit a bid. No exceptions
