Regional School District #17 (RSD17) seeks to enter into a multi-year indefinite quantity contract with qualified
Commercial Painting Contractors to provide a variety of painting and finishing tasks on an as-needed/project by
project basis.
Work will be performed on high-profile properties. Contractors must be able to perform their services in a neat,
clean, safe and professional manner. High quality and attention to detail are required, and contractors must be able
to provide “turn-key” solutions in all areas outlined below.
