Architectural Design Services for Watertown High School and John Trumbull Primary School Roof Projects RFP# 24-01
PROJECT DESCRIPTION - SCOPE OF SERVICE
● Watertown High School – This project encompasses a full replacement of the low-slope roof at WHS. In a full replacement, all of the existing roof is removed, including the existing insulation, down to the metal sheeting that serves as the roof’s base. A Roof Asset Management Report (RAMP) was developed
by Garland and explains the roof history of the building, it recommends replacement. The RAMP report will be available online at

● John Trumbull Primary School – This is a partial roof replacement of approximately 26,000 s.f. of low-slope roof area. In addition, approximately 83,000 s.f. of shingle roof area is to be covered with standing seam metal roofing. Garland RAMP report will be available online at
