UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 12,535 sf of the fourth floor of the Connecticut Tower Building (Bldg H) located at 263 Farmington Ave. Farmington, CT, to create the New England Sickle Cell Institute/Connecticut Bleeding Disorders Center. This renovation/relocation will contain examination rooms, treatment rooms, and related support areas. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
