Remove existing and install new diesel fire pump, replacement of controls and equipment associated with the fire pump and water supply to the pump. Ruth Haas Library Fire Pump was originally installed in 2001. The 5-story building has an approximate gross area of 113,000 sf with about 67,200 sf of usable area. Fire pump is located in the lower level of the building with access down a wide stairwell.
