It is the intent of the City for the Successful Proposer to furnish all labor, services,
materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to execute and
properly finish the Project, as detailed and described herein. The City will be milling and
paving roads in various parts of the City along with incidental related work including minor
drainage improvements, replacement of traffic signa loop detectors, concrete sidewalks
and ADA compliant pedestrian ramps. In addition, there are several municipal parking
lots that may be milled and paved at Jefferson Square 185 South Main Street and
Waterbury Industrial Commons, 1875 Thomaston Avenue.
