Sealed proposals for the Bituminous Surface Treatments, Crack Sealing, Hot In-Place Asphalt Recycling will be received by the Purchasing Office, Borough of Naugatuck, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770 until Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. local time. Immediately following the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. These specifications will provide a basis for the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, testing and other goods and services necessary to complete the following items: Crack Sealing, Micro-Surfacing, Chip Seal, and Hot In-Place Asphalt Recycling.

All bidders must check the Borough web site within two days of the scheduled bid opening to check for addenda.
