UConn Health is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide on demand time and material based task labor services (Electrical, Plumbing, General Trades, HVAC and Fire Sprinkler) per listed requirements. The Trade Labor Contract is intended to accommodate non-emergency (small-scope trade work, including small construction projects and minor alterations) and emergency repair work as requested by UConn Health. UConn Health does not intend any one single project performed under the resulting contract to exceed $50,000.00, including labor and materials. Connecticut prevailing wages will not apply to this bid or resulting contract.
