Connecticut Housing Partners (CHP) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural and Engineering services for gut/rehab/renovation of an existing housing facility in Fairfield County, Connecticut which will be funded primarily through the State of CT Department of Housing (DOH). RFQ submissions shall be received by Friday, August 18, 2023, at 12:00pm.
Architectural firms who wish to be considered and have the experience and capacity to provide the required services shall obtain a copy of the RFQ submission instructions from Connecticut Housing Partners at 1235 Huntington Turnpike, Trumbull, CT or by emailing
kwilliams@cthousingpartners.org.
The selection of a firm will be based on the most qualified, best fee or cost proposer.
