A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will begin in the conference room at the Stanley Jablonski Public Works Complex at 40 Moody Rd, Enfield CT, 06082, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Proposals submitted by parties who do not attend this mandatory conference will NOT be considered.
