Contract Goal: 11% Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)
“Bid Proposal Form,” “Schedule of Prices,” “Bid Bond,” “Non-Collusion Affidavit” and Bidder’s Prequalification approval letter signed by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) Contracts Manager must be completed and returned with the submitted bid. Failure to properly execute and include any one of these five documents in the bid submission will result in the bid not being read and the subsequent rejection of the bid.
