This RFP is to streamline and enhance DMHAS outreach and engagement programs to ensure there are collaborative street canvassing teams focusing on people experiencing unsheltered homelessness in each region and corresponding Coordinated Access network. The goal is to work with people experiencing unsheltered homelessness to gain income, benefits and permanent, sustainable housing.
