The purpose of this request is to procure MST services which is a family and community-based treatment for adolescents with complex behavioral health, social, and educational problems. It is an evidence-based program that empowers adolescents and families to improve functioning over the long term. MST works within the network of systems including: family, peers, school, and neighborhood. Drug testing is completed at intake and throughout treatment as indicated by the model. MST uses a combination of interventions and treatment options designed to meet the individual needs of adolescents and their families, consonant with the goal of maintaining the adolescent safely in the home and community.
