NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF GROTON, CONNECTICUT GROTON UTILITIES TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF LIQUID SEWAGE SLUDGE AND SCUM GROTON, CONNECTICUT PROPOSAL GU-23-Q3 The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting formal proposal for “Transportation and Disposal of Liquid Sewage Sludge and Scum” in accordance with the following specifications and information. Sealed Proposal for the above work will be received at the office of the Department of Utilities, 1240 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut 06340 until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on April 20, 2023 at which place and time said proposal will be publicly opened and read aloud.
