The Project consists of Downtown Traffic Signal Upgrade as detailed and described in the Bid
Documents. The Traffic Signal Locations for the replacements/upgrades are as follows:
1. SR 847 (Grand Street) at Bank Street (Must be done first) (Site 8)
2. South Main Street at Bank Street (Must be done second) (Site 4)
3. West Main Street and East Main Street at North Main Street and South Main Street (Must
be done third) (Site 3)
4. West Main Street at North Main Street (Must be done fourth) (Site 2)
5. West Main Street at Leavenworth Street (Must be done fifth) (Site 1)
6. SR 847 (Grand Street/South Main Street) at South Main Street and Union Street (Site 5)
7. Union Street at South Elm Street (Site 6)
8. SR 847 (Grand Street) at Leavenworth Street and Field Street (Site 7)
9. South Elm Street at Scovill Street (Site 9)
10. East Main Street at North Elm Street and South Elm Street (Site 10)
