The firm submitting a quotation is to visit the site and examine the area to have an understanding of the existing conditions and evaluate the work required to complete the project. The quotation shall include all permits, labor, equipment and items of work necessary to complete the demolition removal and disposal of an existing vacant structure at 74 1/2 Howard Avenue Ansonia Connecticut. Removal is to include all elements of the house, above the masonry foundation, including attached structures. All items are to be disposed of at an off-site location.
