Contractor shall provide full requirements supply of electricity July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024 (Subject to each account billing cycle start date at the discretion of the State) Subcontracting is not allowed in a resulting Contract. On the Due date of this ITB solicitation, DAS intends to evaluate Bidder responses and if determined to be in the best interest of the State, administer a Contract Award decision by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, same day.
