The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide preventive maintenance services for testing and balancing of equipment in buildings C, F, H, N and T on the main campus located at 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT. Services will include periodic evaluation of air changes, pressures, temperatures and humidity by a licensed Testing and Balancing contractor. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a qualified/certified service provider to provide ventilation system testing and balancing services on ventilation systems supporting John Dempsey Hospital (JDH). This work is being done in support of the program used to manage risk of infection due to a ventilation system not providing the proper air changes, temperature, pressure, or relative humidity.
