The City of Hartford is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms with demonstrated experience in government relations and advocacy on behalf of municipal governments, specifically in representation of municipal governments and their interests before the Connecticut General Assembly, including but not limited to members of the House of Representatives and members of the Senate, state agencies and agency officials, and also before state nonpartisan organizations including but not limited to Connectiut Conference of Municipalities.
