The Town of Fairfield, through its Office of Community & Economic Development, is requesting a statement of qualifications and proposed pricing from potential development partners to assist the Town in redeveloping several properties within the Parkview Commons development on Quincy Street. The Town is pursuing redevelopment of these properties to reduce their vulnerability to future flooding and to preserve and provide expanded affordable home ownership opportunities.
