The scope of the work will include, but is not limited to: Renovation of about 2,800 sf of existing area within Berkshire Hall Student Center. Demolition of existing wall of the former ladies locker room and storage areas. Slab infill in the eastern portion of the space to raise the floor level even with adjacent spaces; Furr-out of existing walls with new finishes, rubber flooring, open ceiling with new stand-alone rooftop HVAC units. Existing transom window sills will be lowered to accept new storefront system. A new storefront system will replace an interior masonry wall to open up the view and gain access to the space from the recently completed Student Lounge.
