The Town is seeking proposals for Application preparation services to assist the town in grant writing in compliance with all applicable requirements under the CDBG Program. The prospective firm must complete the bid form and company information sheet, but need not return the entire Request for Qualification. The firm is not to include any taxes from which the Town is exempted by law. The Town will complete any tax exemption forms that the successful vendor may require if such forms are within the Town's legal parameters.
